Paulo Mendonça
He received a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of São Paulo. He began his career at Petrobras where he worked for over 30 years, and where he held several leadership positions in the E&P area, in 2002 becoming Executive Manager of all Petrobras Exploration, where he remained until 2007 when he joined OGX. During this period, Petrobras made discoveries of more than 10 billion barrels of oil and 50 new fields, including the Pre-salt field, in the Santos, Campos and Espírito Santos Basins.
Paulo Ricardo dos Santos
He graduated with a degree in geology from UPFR and holds a Masters in Geophysics from UFBA, and joined the Company in 2007 as Exploration Executive Manager responsible for the Campos and Espírito Santo Basins. Mr. Paulo Ricardo also has 25 years of experience gained at Petrobras, where he was responsible for exploration in several Brazilian basins and participated in exploration in the Gulf of Mexico (USA) and along the west coast of Africa. Mr. Paulo Ricardo was Exploration General Manager at Petrobras Energia S.A., responsible for exploration in Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela.
Reinaldo Belotti
He received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Espirito Santo, and worked for Petrobras for more than 30 years, where he held several positions, including Superintendent of Logistic Support and Production Manager in the Campos Basin, CEO of Petrobras America Inc. in the United States, general manager for Petrobras E&P and director of the Petrobras Distribuidora service station network.
Roberto Monteiro
He graduated with a degree in civil engineering from the University of São Paulo and holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer of OSX Brasil S.A., since 2009. From 1999 to 2009 Mr. Monteiro worked in América Latina Logísitca - ALL, where he served as Financial Manager - Brazil, Chief Financial Officer - Argentina, Executive Director – Argentina and Director of Operations - Brazil.
José Roberto Faveret
He is a State Attorney for Rio de Janeiro, Mr. Faveret received a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), and was a partner at Villemor, Trigueiro, Sauer e Faveret Advogados, which he joined 21 years ago. He worked as external legal advisor for Petrobras in the regulatory area, structuring several projects related to production, exploration and transport, as well as mergers and acquisitions in the energy area. He also worked on the structuring of industrial projects, such as the gas-chemical complex in Rio de Janeiro (Rio Polimeros S.A.) and thermal power plants.
