OGX is beginning onshore gas production, thus inaugurating a new production frontier.
OGX is crossing new frontiers to begin onshore gas production. With an integrated power generation project in the Parnaíba Basin, in the interior of Maranhão, in partnership with MPX, our company is becoming firmly positioned as one of the largest producers of oil and gas in Brazil. In less than three years, we have been able to carry out seismic mapping part of the 24 thousand km2 and eight exploration blocks, drill dozens of wells, make important discoveries and start the first natural gas production project ever developed in the Parnaíba Basin, thus inaugurating a new gas producing area in Brazil.
